Heartwood Family Therapy is currently operating as self-pay only.

Therapy for individuals: $150/session (50 minutes)

Therapy for couples: $150/session (50 minutes)

Therapy for families: $150/session (50 minutes)

Initial Intake (first session only) - discuss policies, in-depth concerns, and therapeutic goals: $175 (60 minutes)

If more or less time is needed in session, discuss specific costs with your therapist directly.

We know paying out-of-pocket can cause a significant hurdle to receiving mental health services. To help decrease the financial burden, there are several avenues to navigate paying for therapy. 

• A Superbill emailed to you at the end of each month, which you can submit directly to insurance to try and receive out-of-network reimbursement (if included in your policy)*

• HSA/FSA cards

• Bishop/Clergy pay

*Heartwood Family Therapy, PLLC makes no guarantee that your insurance will cover out-of-network costs. However, some insurances will reimburse a certain percentage out-of-network directly to you. You are responsible for all up-front costs. Reach out to your insurance company directly for more information.
